What after-sales problems may occur with LCD projectors?

⒈ Issues related to optical components ‌

Aging/color deviation of liquid crystal panel (LCD) ‌

Phenomenon ‌ : Yellowish, uneven or bluish-purple patches appear in the picture.
Cause ‌ : The LCD panel ages due to prolonged use, or the red polarizer is damaged (needs to be replaced).
Typical case ‌ : A user reported that the picture color shifted half an hour after startup and needed to return to the factory for optical component replacement.

⑵ Lens fogging and dirt ‌

Phenomenon ‌ : In winter, the startup screen is blurry and it takes more than half an hour to become clear.
Reason ‌ : The temperature difference between hot and cold causes condensation on the lens (common in LCD models); Dust adhesion aggravates the pollution of the optical path.

 2. Temperature, humidity and environmental adaptability issues ‌

 Heat dissipation failure ‌

Phenomenon ‌ : Frequent automatic shutdowns during operation, and the protection is triggered again shortly after a restart.
Cause ‌ : Reduced heat dissipation efficiency due to dust accumulation in the fan, or false alarm from the thermal protection sensor (the heat dissipation module needs to be cleaned or replaced).

Humidity sensitive fault ‌

Phenomenon ‌ : Difficulty in starting up or abnormal screen display in damp conditions.
Reason ‌ : The LCD panel is not well sealed, and moisture intrusion affects the light transmittance of the optical components.
